Go to Outllook,     Tools,   E-mail Accounts ... ,  View or change existing e-mail accounts,      Next >

double click on your vlagsma.com email address

Change the Incoming Mail Server (POP3) from    mail.vlagsma.com     to   pop3.vlagsma.com

If your Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)  is   mail.vlagsma.com   (if it isn't don't worry about the rest)

Then  change it to    smtp.vlagsma.com

Then click the More Settings ... button,  click the    Outgoing Server    tab

Click the box  My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentification

make sure    Use same settings as my incoming server    is selected.

Press OK
